In order to solve this problem, this paper studies the circuit-level vibration compensation method. In this paper, the working mode of the CMOS-TDI image sensor and the reasons for the image distortion caused by the vibration of the sensor are studied, and the principle of the digital domain dynamic path accumulation type TDI technology is proposed. Then, the dynamic path accumulation type CMOS-TDI is established in MATLAB. After that, the circuit structure of the algorithm is designed, including pixel timing control circuit, PTAT current source, correlated double sampling circuit design.
