Enhancing Cooperation between Korea and Japan : An Interdisciplinary Approach of Business Competitiveness and Culture

Abstract

This article studies the possibility of cooperation between Korea and Japan, using analytical frameworks in both business competitiveness and cultural perspectives. The empirical results show that Korea and Japan are not in a competitive relationship and that there are several ways for cooperation between the two countries. This article further demonstrates that the two countries can complement their cultural di#erences and reinforce their national competitiveness structures.
