[François syndrome: two observations (author's transl)].

Abstract

Two cases of "Francois Syndrome" were observed at the C.H.U. in Rabat. All the signs defined by Francois himself were found in these two cases which also demonstrated certain aspects which raised the aetiopathpological problem of the condition (the hereditary of embryopathic theory).
