Abstract

The comparison between estradiol levels in peripheral plasma of developing quails and of estradiol benzoate treated quails (0.01, 0.02, 0.1 and 1 mg/daily/6 days) shows that only the dose of 0.01 mg reproduces the conditions of a physiological estrogen stimulation.
