Abstract
Immunsera from rabbits were produced against 8 Fusarium species by way of immunisation using 10 injections with increasing antigen dosis. Homologeous and heterolgeous seroreactions were carried out by using angular double diffusion test. These investigations are aiming at the determination of the relations between the position of the precipatation-lines and the specifity of the reactions. The results are showing, that it is possible to characterize the quality of the antigen by means of the reaction speed of the immunologeous reagents. By this way it is also possible to differentiate several groups of Fusarium species with similar antigen-properties.
