Abstract

Repeated injections in rabbits of pneumococcal vacxine strains R 36 A induce antibodies of restricted heterogeneity as evidences by electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing. An immunoadsorbent containing purified C-polysaccharide was used to isolate and characterize the induced antibodies.
