Cretsos Leadership Award, shares his journey with ASIS&T and offers advice for new members looking to get more involved with the Association. He encourages new members to attend the ASIS&T Annual Meetings, and in particular the leadership workshop, to find new roles for which the Association may need volunteers. Adam also recommends networking with other people at any ASIS&T meeting to find colleagues or people with common interests that may have interesting insights on the Association or information science in general. He talks about finding a scholarly home and thinks ASIS&T is a great potential home for many people in the field of information science.
