It has been designed by the Biomedicine Agency in collaboration with learning societies, including the SFNDT, and patient associations. The plan is original in its objectives, its regional organization with its driving by the Regional Health Agencies, the involvement of advanced practice nurses and its funding. The ambition is to transplant every transplantable patient. Abstract
