Nine patients showed symptoms of a possible adverse event, including depression, motor vehicle accident, gastrointestinal symptoms, and anxiety.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>The recording of medicinal cannabis effects in the patient EMR provides potential for medicinal cannabis monitoring in the community. Abstract
