Tooth size and shape is a crucial factor that strongly influences both the smile and the face in the treatment outcome. From an orthodontic perspective, evaluation of the ideal mesiodistal widths relating to both maxillary and mandibular arches is required to plan the correct occlusal, aesthetic, and functional result.The aim of this paper is to propose a safe and repeatable method to evaluate and correct tooth size discrepancy through the presentation of two case reports.
