While gastric MALT lymphoma has been extensively researched, primary lymphoma presentation in the colorectal mucosa is rare and lacks any association with <i>Helicobacter pylori</i> infection. Furthermore, there are currently no standardized treatment guidelines for this condition. This report presents a rare case of primary MALT lymphoma that manifested as a broad-based polyp. Abstract
