. Septic shock in patient undergoing hemopoietic stem cell transplantation. A case-report. This case on septic shock is the last contribution proposed on oncology emergencies. It is the case of a 66-year-old man who undergoes an autologous hemopoietic stem-cell transplantation for a multiple myeloma.
