Abstract

Objective: This study was conducted to determine the relationship between self-care agency and sleepiness in chronic hemodialysis patients.

Methods: The study was conducted with 75 patients with chronic renal failure in the hemodialysis unit of a training and research hospital in our country. In the descriptive study, the data were collected through a face-to-face questionnaire. The IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 program was used to evaluate the data.

慢性血液透析患者自我照顾能动性与嗜睡关系的研究。

目的:探讨慢性血液透析患者自我照顾能力与嗜睡的关系。方法:对我国某培训研究医院血液透析科75例慢性肾功能衰竭患者进行研究。在描述性研究中，通过面对面的问卷调查收集数据。采用IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0程序对数据进行评价。结果:慢性血液透析患者的自我照顾意愿与嗜睡总分无显著相关(p>0.05)，女性患者的嗜睡与用药依从性、精神状态有显著相关，年龄小于52岁患者的饮食依从性与嗜睡有显著相关(p)。结果表明，慢性血液透析患者的自我照顾能力与嗜睡无明显关系。我们认为，在更大的样本群体中工作，可以得出更清晰的结果。
