Electronics Intellectual Property (monthly) was founded in 1991, supervised by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, and hosted by the National Center for Industrial Information Security Development Research. This journal integrates theoretical and practical aspects, featuring sections such as "Special Discussions," "Academic Research," "Industry Practice," and "Legal Forum," to explore and address the latest intellectual property issues in both theoretical and practical fields, and to exchange the latest intellectual property theoretical research results and judicial practice experiences from both domestic and international sources.
