Electronics Intellectual Property (monthly) was founded in 1991, supervised by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, and hosted by the National Center for Industrial Information Security Development Research. This journal integrates theoretical and practical aspects, featuring sections such as "Special Discussions," "Academic Research," "Industry Practice," and "Legal Forum," to explore and address the latest intellectual property issues in both theoretical and practical fields, and to exchange the latest intellectual property theoretical research results and judicial practice experiences from both domestic and international sources. The journal includes regular sections such as "Academic Research," "Industry Practice," "Legal Forum," "Special Discussions," "Conference Reviews," "Foreign Legal Systems," "Hotspot Focus," and "Comparative Law Studies."

《电子知识产权》（月刊）创刊于1991年，由中华人民共和国工业和信息化部主管，国家工业信息安全发展研究中心主办。本刊集理论性和实践性为一体，设置“专题研讨”“学术研究”“业界实务”“法苑”等栏目，探讨解决理论界和实务界中最新的知识产权问题，交流国内外最新知识产权理论研究成果及司法实践经验。 期刊设有学术研究、业界实务、法苑、专题研讨、会议综述、域外法制、热点聚焦、比较法研究等常设栏目。
