Acta Sedimentologica Sinica (a bi-monthly journal), founded in 1983, is one of the professional academic journals in the field of geology in China, co-sponsored by the Northwest Institute of Ecology and Environmental Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other units, aiming at promoting the development of the discipline of sedimentology and academic exchanges. The journal mainly publishes innovative research results, new technologies and theories in sedimentology and related fields, and at the same time pays attention to academic activities and discipline dynamics.
