Appraisal Journal of China is a national first-class journal published since 1996. It is supervised by the Ministry of Finance and sponsored by the China Asset Appraisal Association. It has the international standard serial number 1007-0265 and the domestic unified serial number 11-3768/F. The journal is committed to promoting policies and regulations related to asset appraisal, strengthening the research on appraisal theories and technical methods, improving the industry's professional skills and ethical standards, and promoting the healthy development of the industry. The content covers discussions, theoretical research, business practice exchanges and professional research results in the field of asset appraisal, aiming to serve economic and social development, consolidate theoretical foundations, improve business quality, and enhance research level. The journal includes sections such as industry construction, appraisal theory research, practical seminars, case studies, and teaching research, involving columns such as corporate value, intangible assets, real estate, financial assets, and natural resource asset appraisal. It is published on the 15th of each month, with 80 pages per issue. Appraisal Journal of China has been recognized as a number of core journals and statistical source journals, and is a founding member of the China Case Study Journal Alliance.
