China Tea is a comprehensive scientific and technical journal on tea for public circulation at home and abroad, supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and sponsored by the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, with the aim of reporting and promoting new achievements and technologies in tea research, promoting tea culture and disseminating tea information. It mainly reports the latest research results, practical technology and advanced experience in the fields of tea germplasm resources, breeding and cultivation, green prevention and control, physiology and biochemistry, quality and chemistry, functional components, tea processing, deep processing, machinery and equipment, tea and health, quality and standards. There are special articles, policies and regulations, thematic reviews, experimental research, economic management, technical guidelines, industry forums, history and culture, and other columns.
