Founded in April 1999, Science-Technology and Management is a professional academic journal in the field of Science and Technology management, which is supervised by the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province and sponsored by Harbin University of Science and Technology. Science-technology and Management focuses on the original theories and methods of Science and Technology management, science and technology innovation strategy and policy, digital innovation, green and low-carbon innovation, technological breakthrough and innovation catch-up, innovation system and innovation ecology, science and technology personnel and organizational change and other fields of science and technology management research results. Science-technology and Management is listed in the "Science Citation Database (SCD)" and "JST. Japan Science and Technology Agency Database (2018), "AMI Core Journals for Comprehensive Evaluation of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences Journals" (Chinese Academy of Social Sciences), "RCCSE Core Academic Journals in China (2017-2018)," Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index CSSCI Extended Edition (2008-2009), "Quantitative Review of Chinese Scientific Literature Price Database (ASPT) includes periodicals and other receipt libraries.
