北方法学

Northern Legal Science is a professional legal academic journal approved by the State Press and Publication Administration and hosted by Heilongjiang University, published in the form of a bimonthly journal on the 15th of every single month. The journal adheres to the tenet of ‘Prosperity of legal research, serving the construction of legal system, strengthening academic exchanges and cultivating legal talents’, and is committed to becoming a first-class law journal in China. Northern Legal Science adheres to the concept of openness, and the editorial board composed of domestic and foreign legal experts and senior professors ensures the academic level and practical value of the journal. The content of the journal focuses on the cutting-edge exploration of legal theory and in-depth attention to the practice of the rule of law, encourages academic controversy and theoretical innovation, and pays attention to the comparison of legal systems in the context of globalisation, especially to the legal research in Russia and Northeast Asia. The journal has several columns such as Frontiers of Theoretical Law, Sectoral Law Monographs, and Special Studies, aiming to provide a rich platform for academic exchanges in legal research and to promote the close integration of legal theory and practice.
