中国刑事法杂志

"Criminal Science" is managed by the Supreme People's Procuratorate and hosted by the Institute of Procuratorial Theory of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. It is currently the only professional academic journal in the field of criminal law in China. The magazine regularly features sections such as "Special Articles," "Special Topics," "Criminal Law Theory," "Individual Crime Studies," "Litigation Theory," "Youth Forum," and "International Perspectives." "Criminal Science"is committed to "serving judicial practice and leading academic trends." By creating a high-quality academic platform, it gathers the collective wisdom of the legal profession and contributes to the construction of the rule of law in China.

《中国刑事法杂志》由最高人民检察院主管、最高人民检察院检察理论研究所主办，是目前国内唯一的刑事法领域的专业学术期刊。该期刊创刊于1991年7月10日，原刊名为“检察理论研究”，创刊号为《检察理论研究》1991年第1期，主办单位为中国检察理论研究所、中国检察学会。1999年6月10日，即自1999年第3期始，《中国刑事法杂志（原〈检察理论研究〉）》更名为“中国刑事法杂志”，从此沿用至今。2004年5月15日，即自2004年第3期始，《中国刑事法杂志》的主办单位更名为最高人民检察院检察理论研究所，从此沿用至今。 该杂志常年开设“专论”“专题”“刑法理论”“个罪研究”“诉讼理论”“青年论坛”“域外视野”等栏目。《中国刑事法杂志》致力于“服务司法实践，引领学术潮流”，通过打造精品学术平台凝聚法律职业共同体的集体智慧，为法治中国建设贡献力量。
