Journal of Shanghai Normal University (Philosophy&Social Sciences Edition) is one of the influential comprehensive university journals in humanities and social sciences in China. Journal of Shanghai Normal University (Philosophy&Social Sciences Edition) has been selected by many important academic evaluation systems. It is the "National Chinese Core Journal", the "Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) Source Journal", the "Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences Core Journal", the "Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences Journal Core Journal", the first, second and third "National Top 100 Social Sciences Journals" of the Chinese Society of Humanities and Social Sciences Journals, and the first "National Top 30 Social Sciences Journals of Universities" in 2010.
