交大法学

"SJTU LAW REVIEW" is a bimonthly academic journal in the field of law, managed and hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, edited by the KoGuan School of Law at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and published by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Press. The journal was founded in 2010, initially published in book form for two volumes, and officially obtained a periodical publication permit in 2012. Currently, Professor Chengxin Peng serves as the director of the editorial board, and Professor Xianlin Wang serves as the editor-in-chief. "SJTU LAW REVIEW" adheres to the basic principles of "concept of justice, Chinese issues, global perspective, and empirical analysis," focusing on the frontiers of legal research and legal system development, and deeply explores significant legal issues faced by China.

《交大法学》是由上海交通大学主管主办、上海交通大学凯原法学院编辑、上海交通大学出版社出版的法学类学术双月刊。该期刊自2010年创刊，最初以书籍形式出版了两卷，2012年正式获得期刊出版许可。目前，彭诚信教授担任编委会主任，王先林教授担任主编。《交大法学》以“正义理念、中国问题、世界视野、实证分析”为基本宗旨，关注法学研究和法制发展的前沿，深入探讨中国面临的重大法律问题。期刊鼓励学术争鸣、理论创新，提倡制度比较方法，推动法解释学和案例研究的精细化。在内容刊登上，实行独立署名、三轮审稿和双向匿名审核制度。主要栏目包括“习近平法治思想研究”、“专题”、“法学交叉与跨学科”、“科技创新与数字法治”、“法学新锐与新知”、“研讨与观点”，并灵活设置“裁判案例评析”、“书评”、“专题介绍”、“学会综述”、“研究动态”、“重要资料”等补充栏目。在这个中国社会急剧转型的时代，《交大法学》秉持开放包容的方针，采取全球越境组稿方式，为不同国籍和学科的法律家提供一个自由探索和交流的精神园地，构建有助于相互理解和凝聚共识的思想论坛。
