Auditing Research is an academic journal on auditing that is supervised by the National Audit Office, sponsored by the Chinese Auditing Society, and publicly distributed both domestically and internationally. It is a bimonthly publication and was founded in 1986. Auditing Research is committed to promoting the development of audit theory and practice research, adhering to the publication policy of integrating theory with practice, and serving the purpose of building a Chinese characteristic audit theory system.
In 2012, Auditing Research was selected as a journal funded by the National Social Science Fund. It is a source journal of CSSCI Chinese Social Science Citation Index, a core journal of Peking University in Chinese, a core journal of "China Humanities and Social Sciences Comprehensive Evaluation AMI", a journal included in the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Academic Journal Database and the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Documentation Center, and a high-quality journal of FMS management science (Chinese journal).
