ACTA CHINESE MEDICINE is a monthly journal jointly sponsored by the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CSTCM) and Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (HNUTM), and has become one of the first Class A academic journals recognised by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (SPPRFT) since its inception in 1976. The journal is included in authoritative databases such as China Academic Journals (Online Edition) Full Text Database (CNKI), American Chemical Abstracts (CA), Ullrich Periodicals Directory (UPD) of the United States, and Copernicus Index (IC) of Poland. The journal is using the basic theories of Chinese medicine, reporting the experimental and clinical research results, and promoting academic exchanges for the purpose, and the main columns include ‘Treatise’, ‘Review’, ‘Famous Doctors’, ‘Experimental Research’, ‘Experimental Research’, ‘Experimental Research’, ‘Experimental Research’ and ‘Experimental Research’. It has been awarded as ‘China Core Academic Journal (A)’ for many times, and shortlisted as T2 grade in the classification catalogue of Chinese medicine scientific and technological journals. The editorial department was awarded as ‘Excellent Team of Chinese University Science and Technology Journals’, and ‘Excellent Journal’ in the series of journals of Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the ‘Annual Report of Impact Factor of Chinese Academic Journals (2023 Edition)’, the influence index of Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine has a CI value of 444.709, a compound impact factor of 2.201, a composite impact factor of 1.472, and a fund-to-paper ratio of 0.90, which is ranked 28th among the journals of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese pharmacy, and is located in the Q1 zone of influence index of the field of traditional Chinese medicine.

《中医学报》是由中华中医药学会与河南中医药大学联合主办的月刊，自1976年创刊以来，已成为国家新闻出版广电总局首批认定的A类学术期刊。本刊被中国学术期刊（网络版）全文数据库（CNKI）、美国化学文摘（CA）、美国乌里希期刊指南（UPD）、波兰哥白尼索引（IC）等权威数据库收录。期刊以探讨中医药学基本理论、报道实验和临床研究成果、促进学术交流为宗旨，主要栏目包括“论著”“述评”“名医心法”“实验研究”“中药研究”“临床研究”“针灸与推拿”等。 《中医学报》连续14年被评为“中国科技论文统计源期刊”（中国科技核心期刊），多次获评“中国高校优秀科技期刊”，连续被评为“中国核心学术期刊（A）”，并入围中医药科技期刊分级目录T2级。编辑部被评为“中国高校科技期刊优秀团队”，并获中华中医药学会系列期刊“优秀期刊”。根据《中国学术期刊影响因子年报(2023版)》，《中医学报》的影响力指数CI值为444.709，复合影响因子为2.201，综合影响因子为1.472，基金论文比为0.90，在中医学与中药学期刊中排名第28位，位于中医药领域影响力指数Q1区。
