Journal of Soochow University Law Edition is a professional academic law journal approved by the General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China (GAPP), supervised by the Education Department of Jiangsu Province, hosted by Soochow University, and organised by Wang Jian Law School of Soochow University. It is a quarterly journal, and since its official launch in February 2014, it has been selected as a source journal of Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI) Extended Edition, a journal of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences AMI Extended Edition, included in the list of highly reprinted journals of the Photocopied Newspaper Materials, and awarded the title of ‘The Most Popular Journals of Law’ by the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Documentation Centre in 2022, and named as the ‘Most Popular Journal of Law’ by the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Documentation Centre in 2020, and awarded as the most popular journal of law. ‘In 2022, the article of the journal was also selected as the first Jiangsu ‘good articles of journal theme propaganda’. ‘The Journal of Soochow University (Law) Journal of Soochow University Law Edition has columns including Focus, Data Rule of Law, Basic Concepts and Scope of Law, China Rule of Law Research, Academic Monographs, Translations, Classical Jurisprudence, etc., which are designed to cover a wide range of important aspects in the field of jurisprudence. The journal inherits and extends the academic tradition of Dongwu Law, adheres to the motto of ‘Nurturing the righteousness of heaven and earth, perfecting the ancient and modern’, focuses on jurisprudence research and academic rigour, and mainly publishes the theoretical research results of jurisprudence, discusses major hotspots and cutting-edge issues, and translates the classic articles and jurisprudence of extra-territoriality. The journal is committed to building a platform for the exchange of jurisprudential ideas and the sharing of academic achievements, promoting the cooperation and sharing of jurisprudential academic achievements at home and abroad, and contributing to the advancement of theoretical research on the rule of law and the construction of a rule-of-law China.

《苏州大学学报（法学版）》（Journal of Soochow University Law Edition）是由国家新闻出版总署批准，江苏省教育厅主管，苏州大学主办，苏州大学王健法学院承办的专业性法学学术期刊。该期刊为季刊，自2014年2月正式创刊以来，已入选中文社会科学引文索引（CSSCI）扩展版来源期刊、中国人文社会科学AMI扩展版期刊，并被复印报刊资料高转载期刊名录收录，荣获国家哲学社会科学文献中心2022年度“法学最受欢迎期刊”称号，被评为“全国高校社科精品期刊”和“江苏省高校精品期刊”。2022年刊文还入选了首届江苏“期刊主题宣传好文章”。 《苏州大学学报（法学版）》设有栏目包括本期聚焦、数据法治、法学基本概念和基本范畴、中国法治国情调查研究、学术专论、域外译文、经典判例等，旨在涵盖法学领域的多个重要方面。本刊继承并延展了《东吴法学》的学术传统，秉承“养天地正气，法古今完人”的校训，注重法理研究和学术严谨性，主要发表法学理论研究成果、探讨重大热点和前沿问题、翻译域外经典文章和判例。该期刊致力于构建法学思想交流和学术成果分享的平台，促进海内外法学学术成果的合作与共享，为法治理论研究的推进和法治中国的建设贡献力量。
