Agrochemicals is a national comprehensive pesticide technology journal. It was founded in 1958. It is a Chinese core journal, a Chinese science and technology core journal, and an information source journal of the American Chemical Abstracts. The journal has always adhered to the purpose of "serving the pesticide industry and promoting the progress of the industry" and strives to stand at the forefront of academia. Based on the principle of combining popularization and improvement, it reports the achievements, technologies, information, dynamics, and experiences in pesticide research, production, processing, analysis, and application, as well as the treatment of three wastes and the comprehensive utilization of by-products in the pesticide production process, new varieties, new formulations, and new uses of pesticides at home and abroad, the trend of domestic pests and diseases, pesticide efficacy tests, field applications, improvements in use technology, toxicity, mechanism of action, and residual dynamics. Agrochemicals has been deeply loved by scientific research, production, and plant protection workers for many years, and has become a close friend of pesticide research, production, sales, and application departments. It won the first prize of the National Excellent Newspaper and Periodical in the Petroleum and Chemical Industry.
