Revista Chilena de Nutricion

The Revista Chilena de Nutrición the official organ of the Chilean Society of Nutrition, Bromatology and Toxicology. It is published 4 times a year in march, june, september and december. For the dissemination of knowledge in the field of nutrition and related sciences. Its basic objectives are: 1. To be the organ of expression of research in nutrition and related sciences, conducted nationally and internationally. 2. To stimulate scientific research in these areas by providing a media to raise and discuss issues specific to them, as well as facilitate the exchange of information between different groups of researchers.
