高技术通讯

"Chinese High Technology Letters" was founded in 1991. It is a comprehensive academic journal founded by the Joint Office of the High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program) of the Ministry of Science and Technology and sponsored by the Chinese Institute of Scientific and Technological Information. It is one of the high-level academic journals in the field of emerging technologies in China. Its purpose is to provide a platform for Chinese researchers to publish their research results in a timely manner and conduct domestic and international academic exchanges, promote the development of my country's emerging technology research and expand its influence at home and abroad. The content of the journal covers emerging technology fields such as computers, modern communications, advanced manufacturing and automation, resource and environmental technology, and energy technology. The main readers are scientific researchers and scientific and technological managers engaged in strategic emerging technology research. The articles published are not limited to hard technology academic papers, but also take into account review papers such as cutting-edge reviews and research hotspots. The two journals focus on the selection criteria of new ideas, new theories, new methods and new technologies in research, and are academic, cutting-edge, readable and informative.

《高技术通讯》创刊于1991年，是由科技部高技术研究发展计划（863计划）联合办公室创办、中国科学技术信息研究所主办的综合性学术刊物，是国内新兴技术领域的高层次学术刊物之一。其宗旨是为我国研究人员及时发表其研究成果和进行国内、国际学术交流提供平台，促进我国新兴技术研究的发展和扩大其在国内外的影响。 期刊内容涉及计算机、现代通讯、先进制造与自动化、资源环境技术及能源技术等新兴技术领域，主要读者是从事战略性新兴技术研究的科研人员、科技管理人员。所刊文章不局限于硬技术学术论文，同时兼顾前沿评述、研究热点等综述性论文。两刊注重研究的新思路、新理论、新方法和新技术的择文标准，具有学术性、前沿性、可读性和资料性。
