The history of Diamond and Abrasives Engineering can be traced back to July 1959, after several changes, it was renamed as Abrasives and Grinding in 1981, and finally in 1995, it was named Diamond and Abrasives Engineering. The main columns are: Development and Application, Special Review, Standard and Inspection, Enterprise Express, Process and Equipment. Diamond and Abrasives Engineering is a Chinese core journal, RCCSE Chinese core academic journal, Chinese science and technology core journal, and is included in American Chemical Abstracts (CA), Russian Abstracts Journal (AJ), Scopus database, DOAJ database, EBSCO database, ICI Journals Master List database, etc. Meanwhile, the journal has also been selected as one of the High Quality Science and Technology Journals Grading Catalogue of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), and has been rated as T2, which enjoys a high reputation in the technical and academic circles of this field both at home and abroad.
