Shanxi Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine is an academic journal under the supervision of Shanxi Provincial Health and Health Commission and sponsored by Shanxi Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanxi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a monthly journal published on the 15th of each month.1 The main columns of the journal include academic discussion, experience of famous doctors, Fu Shan medical research, clinical treatise, acupuncture and massage, clinical report, clinical basic research, experimental research, literature research, classical research, prescription and medicine, external treatment method collection, medical case and medical story, nursing garden, review, etc. Since its inception in 1919, it has been selected as one of the Chinese core journals (second edition), the Shanxi Province Chinese Medicine Association, the Shanxi Province Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Shanxi Province Chinese Medicine Research Institute.
Since its inception in 1985, it has been selected as one of China's core Chinese journals (second edition), one of China's core biomedical journals, one of the statistical source journals of China's Academic Journals Comprehensive Evaluation Database, and has been awarded as one of the National Outstanding Journals of Traditional Chinese Medicine and one of the First Class (Outstanding) Journals of Shanxi Province for a number of times. It has been included in a number of databases, such as China Academic Journal Comprehensive Evaluation Database, Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database, China Core Journal Database, China Biomedical Literature Database, and China Pharmaceutical Literature Database.
