Journal of Tea (quarterly) was founded in 1957 and is sponsored by Zhejiang Tea Association and China Tea Museum. It mainly publishes basic tea theory and applied scientific research, academic papers with certain innovation, as well as experience summaries and popular science articles with strong pertinence and practicality.
