茶叶

Journal of Tea (quarterly) was founded in 1957 and is sponsored by Zhejiang Tea Association and China Tea Museum. It mainly publishes basic tea theory and applied scientific research, academic papers with certain innovation, as well as experience summaries and popular science articles with strong pertinence and practicality. It is a window to reflect new achievements, new technologies, new products and new experiences in tea science and technology, and also a place to promote the national drink and tea culture. The readers are mainly scientific and technological personnel from domestic and foreign tea research institutes, teachers and students of relevant majors in colleges and universities, tea workers from all walks of life and tea lovers. It mainly reports on tea cultivation, breeding, plant protection, processing, tea economy and trade, tea history, culture, tea drinking and health, and Chinese and foreign tea news.

《茶叶》（季刊）创刊于1957年，由浙江省茶叶学会、中国茶叶博物馆主办。主要刊登茶叶基础理论和应用科学研究、具有一定创新性的学术论文，以及针对性与实用性较强的经验总结和科普文章。它是反映茶叶科技新成果、新技术、新产品、新经验的窗口，也是弘扬国饮、宣传茶文化的园地。读者对象主要是国内外茶叶科研院所的科技人员、高等院校有关专业的师生以及各行各业茶叶工作者和广大茶叶爱好者。主要报导茶的栽培、育种、植保、加工、茶叶经贸、茶叶历史、文化、饮茶与健康及中外茶讯等。
