Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine (ISSN 1003-5028, CN 41-1114/R, monthly), founded in 1976, is one of the earliest authoritative journals of traditional Chinese medicine in Henan Province under the supervision of Henan Provincial Department of Education and hosted by Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is one of the first scientific and technological academic journals recognised by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television and is included in RCCSE Chinese Academic Journals, Chinese Colleges and Universities Medical Journals, Chinese Academic Journals Network Publishing Database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database. The featured columns of this journal, ‘Zhongjing Academic’, ‘Research on Jing Fang’ and ‘Application of Jing Fang’, focus on the research results of Zhang Zhongjing's academic thought and his experience in using Jing Fang. ‘Experiences of Famous and Elderly Chinese Medicine Practitioners’ mainly introduces the experiences of famous and elderly Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of difficult diseases by identification and application of medicines, as well as the new methods, achievements and technologies of Chinese medicine treatment in this discipline; “Theoretical Research” ’Experimental Research ’, ‘Clinical Research’, ‘Acupuncture and Tuina’, ‘Literature Review’ and other columns, the inheritance of Chinese medicine theory, to provide readers with the latest academic viewpoints and therapeutic Methods.

《河南中医》（ISSN 1003-5028，CN 41-1114/R，月刊）创刊于1976年，是由河南省教育厅主管，河南中医药大学主办的河南省创刊最早的中医权威期刊之一。本刊是国家新闻出版广电总局认定的第一批科技类学术期刊，为 RCCSE中文学术期刊、中国高校医学系列期刊、中国学术期刊网络出版总库收录期刊、中国生物医学文献数据库收录期刊。 本刊特色栏目“仲景学术”“经方研究”“经方应用”着重介绍张仲景学术思想的研究成果及使用经方的经验；重点栏目“名老中医经验”，主要介绍名老中医辨证用药治疗疑难病的经验及该学科中医药治疗的新方法、新成果、新技术；“理论研究”“实验研究”“临床研究”“针灸与推拿”“文献综述”等栏目，传承中医理论，为读者提供最新学术观点和治疗方法。
