中国牛业科学

China Cattle Science (bimonthly), founded in 1975, is a national Chinese scientific and technical journal for public circulation at home and abroad, supervised by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Northwest University of Agriculture and Forestry and China Breeding Committee of Good Breed Yellow Cattle. The journal is using to promote the development of animal husbandry science and production for the purpose of promoting the development of scientific research in China's cattle industry, promoting the industrialisation of cattle breeding and accelerating farmers to get rich. Mainly published content: breeding of cattle, dairy cattle, beef cattle, buffaloes, yaks and other types of cattle breeding, health care and disease prevention and control, cattle feed, feeding management, cattle breeding environment (pasture) construction, protection and breeding process of machinery and facilities, milk (meat, skin and offal, etc.) processing, cattle industry economy, pasture and grass cultivation, management and management, grass cattle, science and technology to alleviate poverty, milk (meat) quality and safety and quality testing, and related to the quality of cattle. Over the past 30 years since its establishment, it has won the excellent scientific and technological journal award of Shaanxi Province, and the first and second prizes of the national excellent journals in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine for many times.

《中国牛业科学》（双月刊）创刊于1975年，是由教育部主管，西北农林科技大学、中国良种黄牛育种委员会主办的全国性国内外公开发行的中文科技期刊。本刊以促进畜牧科技与生产发展为宗旨，促进我国牛业科学研究发展，推动养牛产业化进程，加快农民致富。 主要刊登内容：黄牛、奶牛、肉牛、水牛、牦牛等各类牛种的繁殖育种，保健及疾病防治，牛的饲料、饲养管理，牛的养殖环境（牧场）建设、保护及养殖过程中的机械设施，牛奶（肉、皮和内脏等）加工，牛的产业经济，牧草和草地栽培、经营和管理，种草养牛、科技扶贫等，牛奶（肉）质量安全和品质检测以及与之相关的交叉学科在牛方面的最新研究成果以及其他动物在相关学科的科研成果。 主要栏目包括：科学试验，综述，调查研究，专论，科技转化，牛产业发展研究及对策，环境保护，疫病防治及保健，饲料营养及管理，奶（肉）安全生产及品质检测，生物技术，教学园地、其他动物等。 《中国牛业科学》是北京大学《中文核心期刊要目总览》来源期刊（1992第一版，1996年第二版）、全国中文畜牧学核心期刊，被中国知网、万方数据等数据库收录。创刊30年来，多次获得陕西省优秀科技期刊奖、全国畜牧兽医优秀期刊一、二等奖。
