Transcription factors dictate cell fate decisions by functioning cooperatively with chromatin regulators. We have recently demonstrated that BEND3 (BANP, E5R and Nac1 domain) protein regulates the expression of differentiation-associated genes by modulating the chromatin architecture at promoters.
