There was a positive correlation between expression levels of CYTOR and CDKN2B genes in breast cancer tissues (r= 0.5 and P= 0.0008) as well as adjacent tissues (r= 0.79 and P< 0.0001). Relative expression level of CDKN2B in normal tissues was associated with clinical stage (P= 0.014). Moreover, relative expression level of CDKN2B in tumor tissues was associated with the body weight.
