While 67.1% of the students stated that there were obstacles in implementing family-centered care, 73.9% stated that there were no facilitating elements in implementing of family-centered care. A statistically significant difference was found between the mean scores of the students' posttest family-centered care attitude and parents' attitude at the end of the training. This study provides insights into family-centered care, which could be used in crafting policies and interventions in nursing education in Turkey. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨以家庭为中心的儿童健康与疾病护理在线课程对护生对家庭为中心护理认知的影响。本研究采用单组前测后测模型。研究对象为X大学健康科学学院护理系的88名学生。67.1%的学生表示在实施以家庭为中心的护理方面存在障碍,73.9%的学生表示在实施以家庭为中心的护理方面没有便利因素。训练结束时,学生的家庭关怀态度与家长的家庭关怀态度均分有显著差异。本研究为以家庭为中心的护理提供了见解,可用于制定土耳其护理教育的政策和干预措施。这样的见解可以培养学生护士对以家庭为中心的护理的积极看法。
