摘要

近年来，越来越多的药物被用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎，但单药治疗的疗效有限，特别是对于难治性中重度溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者。联合治疗主要用于单药疗效不佳或部分疗效的患者，已成为探索溃疡性结肠炎治疗策略的新方向。因此，笔者结合已有文献对溃疡性结肠炎的联合治疗方案进行综述，并探讨联合治疗在实际应用中的注意事项，希望能为临床医生治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供新的思路。
