摘要

目的研究牛油果皮提取物对引起皮肤真菌病的红毛霉的抑菌作用。方法采用实验后对照组设计,对牛油果皮的活性成分进行分析,并继续进行抗真菌活性试验。以红毛霉ATCC 28188为培养基,按浓度为0%(阴性对照)、12.5%、25%、37.5%、50%、62.5%、75%和阳性对照(2%酮康唑),每组进行抗真菌活性试验,重复5次。结果牛油果皮提取物中含有酚类化合物、黄酮类化合物、单宁类化合物、皂苷类化合物、生物碱类化合物、萜类化合物和苷类化合物。抑菌活性试验结果表明,在浓度为75%时,红毛霉的最高平均抑菌带直径存在显著差异。结论牛油果皮提取物对红毛癣菌有一定的抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖性。
