Optical coherence tomography depicted macular edema of both eyes. Fluorescein angiography revealed large areas of peripheral retinal ischemia and neovascularization with multiple areas of vascular leakage in both eyes.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Proliferative hypertensive retinopathy has been rarely reported in the literature. Hypertension: A Cause of Bilateral Proliferative Retinopathy.
