摘要

本综述的目的是整理脑瘫儿童躯干定向干预在大运动功能、躯干控制和平衡三个功能结局方面的有效性信息。从启动到2021年8月，在在线数据库中使用相关关键词进行了全面搜索。共有15项随机对照试验纳入了18岁以下脑瘫儿童，符合纳入标准。在应用主干目标干预措施方面，在主干目标训练组中可以看到显著的改善。躯干目标干预可改善大肌肉运动功能、躯干控制和平衡，因此应纳入CP患儿的常规物理治疗方案，并有助于更大程度的功能恢复。
