Evaluation of the effectiveness of the combined treatment of post-thrombotic retinopathy (PTR) with the inclusion of the method of subthreshold micropulse laser exposure using a 577 nm yellow diode laser. Material and methods. 28 patients (39 eyes) with PTR were under observation. The patients were divided into 2 groups: in group 1 (n = 14, 20 eyes), patients received combined treatment with antiVEGF therapy and subthreshold micropulse laser exposure; in group 2 (n = 14, 19 eyes), patients were treated only with antiVEGF therapy. Results. As a result of the treatment, a significant increase in the average value of maximally corrected visual acuity was recorded in both groups. According to OCT data, a significant decrease in the height of macular edema was determined. At the same time, the average retinal thickness in the central zone in group 1 was significantly lower than in group 2. Conclusion. Combined treatment that combines antiVEGF therapy and subthreshold micropulse laser exposure is a fairly effective and safe method in cases of macular edema in post-thrombotic retinopathy. 摘要

研究目的:评价采用577 nm黄色二极管激光照射亚阈值微脉冲激光联合治疗血栓性视网膜病变(PTR)的有效性。材料和方法。观察PTR患者28例(39眼)。将患者分为两组:第一组(n = 14, 20只眼),采用抗vegf治疗和阈下微脉冲激光照射联合治疗;组2 (n = 14, 19只眼)仅接受抗vegf治疗。结果。治疗后,两组患者的最大矫正视力平均值均有显著提高。根据OCT数据,黄斑水肿高度明显降低。同时,1组视网膜中央区的平均厚度显著低于2组。结论。联合抗vegf治疗和阈下微脉冲激光照射是治疗血栓性视网膜病变后黄斑水肿的一种相当有效和安全的方法。关键词:血栓后视网膜病变,黄斑水肿,阈下微脉冲激光照射
