摘要

本文研究了利用专家系统对棱柱形零件进行工艺规划的方法。在计算机控制的机床上,用实体造型绘制了加工过程中常用的操作方法和工艺类型。特征识别过程采用“B‐Rreb”建模方法,利用STEP标准接口程序给出矢量方向知识和曲面相邻关系。在此基础上,利用特征识别模块获得的数据库,定义了棱柱体零件的操作类型和操作顺序。采用c++编程语言在IBM兼容的PC机上编写了该方法,并通过实例进行了说明。
