Among the mentioned groups of pathogens, phytopathogenic viruses reduce the yield of pepper every year. The most common and economically important, identified in Republic of Srpska, are: Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Alfalfa mosaic virus (AMV), Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV).
