The risk assessment of substation operation is a complex multi-factor comprehensive evaluation process. Based on the principle of system engineering, the risk assessment index system for substation operation is established in four aspects: “man, machine, environment and management”. Triangular fuzzy number AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is applied to calculate the weight for each index and backward cloud generator is used to transform the marking results of experts into the numerical characteristics of the cloud model for each index. The comprehensive cloud picture and the whole evaluation cloud picture are produced by the positive cloud generator. 摘要

针对变电站运行风险的复杂性和模糊性,提出了一种基于三角模糊数AHP法和云模型的变电站运行风险评估方法。变电站运行风险评估是一个复杂的多因素综合评价过程。基于系统工程原理,从“人、机、环境、管理”四个方面建立了变电站运行风险评价指标体系。采用三角模糊数AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)计算各指标的权重,并利用后向云生成器将专家的打分结果转化为各指标云模型的数值特征。综合云图和整体评价云图由正云发生器生成。结果表明,所提出的指标和评价方法能够直观、灵活、准确地反映变电站运行风险水平。
