摘要

采用三维PDMS堆叠结构制备了高通量平行生物分子分选机。采用PDMS干法刻蚀实现了三维通道结构。采用4路和8路并行分选器,实现了每路10ms顺序的高速切换。在四并联式分选机的情况下,分选速率约为20个样品/秒。在实际的大肠杆菌细胞分离中,获得了比以往单通道分选机高20倍左右的高通量分选。
