These are flow systems that are modeled by a tetrahedron of states, but have their own identity: their flow units (car or step sizes), their travel distance, their travel time. \nFor the qualitative restoration of Ukrainian cities, the identity of transport and pedestrian flows is revealed in comparison with different flow systems. The physical essence of traffic flows, their characteristics and interrelations in time and space are revealed. The simulation was based on the theory of state graphs, which made it possible to establish new characteristics of urban flows, such as traffic intensity, specific intensity, passability, traffic inertia, transience, road and transport potentials, exergy and flow power.
