摘要

测量了柴油机的瞬时转速,分析了转速信号诊断故障的机理。采用频谱分析和复杂度分析的方法对转速信号进行处理,分析了错缸情况下转速的变化规律。计算转速信号的复杂度[K,C],得到错缸故障的特征。建立了BP神经网络诊断柴油机错缸故障的方法。
