The study focuses on the development of digital competence in university students through the use of ICT. The objective is to create an effective policy for the development of students' digital competence through the use of information technologies applicable in the educational process. The study's methodology includes outlining the key principles of digital competence, the current state of digital skills development, and the existing means for their development, as well as analyzing the organization of the educational process with the support of ICT.
