This study aims to determine the influence of service quality on public satisfaction of BPJS users partially or simultaneously at Kabila Public Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. The research employed a quantitative method with a total of 50 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaire and analysed using a simple regression analysis with the aid of the SPSS 25 Microsoft Excel application. The findings demonstrated that the service quality variable has a positive, indicating that if the quality improves, and so public satisfaction will follow. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained the R Square value of 0.630, meaning that the influence of the quality variable is 63%. Therefore, the overall quality variable has an influence of 63% on the satisfaction variable. Whereas, the remaining 37% is influenced by other variables such as awareness, regulation, organization, income, skill and ability, and service facilities. 摘要
完善服务质量的实现将促进社区满意度的创造,因为服务质量是实现社区满意度的手段。本研究旨在确定服务品质对Bone Bolango Regency Kabila公共卫生中心BPJS使用者部分或同时满意度的影响。该研究采用定量方法,共有50名受访者。通过问卷调查收集数据,并借助SPSS 25 Microsoft Excel应用程序进行简单回归分析。研究结果表明,服务质量变量具有正相关,表明如果服务质量提高,那么公众满意度也会随之提高。决定系数检验的结果得到R平方值为0.630,即质量变量的影响为63%。因此,整体质量变量对满意度变量的影响为63%。而剩下的37%则受到其他变量的影响,如意识、监管、组织、收入、技能和能力以及服务设施。部分地,服务质量对社区满意度有显著影响。
