摘要

一例53岁女性肾移植功能不全，术后甲状旁腺功能减退伴磷钙代谢障碍，因持续胃脘痛和恶心入院。进行食管胃十二指肠镜检查，可见直径1厘米的结节状病变，底部凹陷和溃疡。镜下病变与转移性钙质性溃疡有关。开始使用泮托拉唑，调整血清磷钙水平，达到症状缓解。在随后的食管胃十二指肠镜检查中，病变愈合，纤维性基础，组织病理学报告诊断为浅表性胃炎。
